About our Anti-Bullying Programs

Our curriculum-aligned, evidence-based theatre in education programs are an inspiring and positive way to engage your students in conversations about bullying and bullying prevention. Our Anti Bullying School Programs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide, promote safe help-seeking, reporting, assertiveness and upstander behaviour, and provide students with practical tools to improve emotion regulation, respect, empathy and resilience. Designed to support your existing school wide bullying prevention strategies, each bullying program includes a live performance, follow-up Q&A and a suite of curriculum-aligned classroom resources.

Brainstorm Productions is listed as an evidence-based bullying prevention program on the Victorian Schools Mental Health Menu. Victorian Government schools can use their funding to purchase our program at no cost to students. Brainstorm is also endorsed by the eSafety Commissioner as a Trusted eSafety Provider, and is listed as an endorsed program on the SA Department for Education External Wellbeing Programs Directory and the ACER Wellbeing Program Guide.

Dynamic, engaging and confronting! Showed that online bullying can have serious implications. Worthwhile Q&A directing students to various organisations for information and help. Supports our Pastoral Care and anti bullying programs: friendship, belonging, growth mindset and gratitude. 10/10

Padua College Rosebud

Students were totally engaged and entertained, connecting and answering questions. Showed problem solving and positive strategies for bullying and cyber bullying. Loved the singing and dancing! Very worthwhile Q&A. 10/10

Hinchinbrook Public School

Actors immediately gained attention and respect. The play provided excellent modelling of essential skills: self regulation, co-regulation and how to be resilient and stand up for yourself and others in a positive way. Well written and carefully addressed very complex, sensitive issues. I know students will feel more comfortable seeking help. Great promotional kit and resources, well-presented activities with plenty of opportunities for discussion. 10/10

JJ Cahill Memorial High School

Great approach - teaching students about their own body, feelings, emotions, self-awareness and how they can more appropriately deal with bullying. Energetic and fun, kids remained totally engaged! Intensity and seriousness nicely combined with humour and entertainment. Positive interaction strategies helpful for avoiding escalating situations.

Rydalmere East Public School

Contemporary, entertaining and engaging! Gave students an understanding of the implications of bullying and strategies to cope with conflict in a proactive rather than reactive manner. Made them think about different perspectives and that fighting is never the solution. Actors were articulate, well-informed, positive young role models. 10/10
